We blend the succulent pork with red chili flakes, warm garlic, and crushed fennel seeds to create a gentle, warming heat. Enclosed in light, crisp puff pastry and hand-twisted to create golden caramelized edges, each twist is infused with honey.

Serving & Reheating Instructions

Our twists are fully cooked and ready to eat cold, but they are at their absolute best served warm.

• Oven (Recommended): Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place on a baking tray and warm for 12–15 minutes until the pastry is crisp and the center is piping hot.

• Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Consume within 3 days of delivery or freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before reheating.
