About us

Welcome to 11 Oaks, where honest ingredients, farm tradition, and culinary passion come together for the whole family—paws included!

How 11 Oaks Began…

11 Oaks began its life in 2022, when we moved here and welcomed our very first Oxford Sandy & Black pigs. We fell in love with having them here almost instantly—so much so that we decided to invest in pedigree breeding stock to help preserve and protect this wonderful rare breed, which came dangerously close to extinction in the 1990s. Today, we are proud members of the Oxford Sandy & Black Pig Foundation Charity, supporting their incredible work to keep the breed thriving. We have now introduced sheep onto our holding who are thriving alongside the pigs.

When we started cooking with our own farm produce, the difference was astounding. Incomparable to mass-market pork, it was fresh, tender, succulent, and packed full of flavor. Everyone we served it to was blown away, and we knew we wanted more people to experience what real, traditional meat should taste like.

Today, 11 Oaks is growing into a complete farm-to-table destination. Our range of raw and cooked produce brings the very best of British country living straight to your door—fresh, natural, and bursting with authentic flavor, just as food was always meant to be enjoyed.

Because we believe everyone in your home deserves food made with integrity, care, and zero compromises. Alongside the smallholding, we run Country Hounds Dog Daycare, giving us a front-row seat to what dogs truly love. From that passion, the 11 Oaks Dog Deli was born—a gourmet culinary experience created specifically for discerning dogs.
