We fold the rich bacon and melted cheese inside light, golden layers of flaky puff pastry. Brushed with free-range egg wash and baked until puffed and golden with melted cheese oozing at the edges, it’s a deliciously warm, satisfying farmhouse classic.

Serving & Reheating Instructions

Our turnovers arrive fully baked and ready to eat, but they are at their absolute best served warm:

• Oven (Recommended): Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place on a baking tray and warm for 10–12 minutes until the pastry is crisp and the cheese is melted and bubbling.

• Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Consume within 2 days of delivery or freeze on day of purchase for up to 6 months. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before reheating.
