A smoky, vibrant twist on a British farmhouse classic. Made fresh in small batches right here on our smallholding, our recipe starts with coarse-ground cut pork from our pasture-raised Oxford Sandy & Black pigs.

We blend the succulent pork with sweet Spanish pimentón (smoked paprika), aromatic garlic, roasted red peppers, and a gentle kick of chilli warmth to capture that authentic artisan chorizo flavour. Enclosed in layers of light, crisp puff pastry, brushed with free-range egg wash, and baked until deep golden brown, it’s a bold, full-flavoured treat.

Serving & Reheating Instructions

Our sausage rolls arrive fully baked and ready to eat, but they are at their absolute best served warm:

• Oven (Recommended): Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place on a baking tray and warm for 12–15 minutes until the pastry is crisp and the center is piping hot.

• Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Consume within 2 days of delivery or freeze on day of purchase for up to 6 months. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before reheating.
