There is nothing quite like a proper, handmade sausage roll. Made fresh in small batches right here on our smallholding, our recipe starts with coarse-ground cut pork from our pasture-raised Oxford Sandy & Black pigs.

We gently mix the meat with chopped fresh garden sage, sea salt, and aromatic spice before encasing it in layers of crisp pastry. Brushed with free-range egg wash and baked until deep golden brown, it’s comfort food elevated to to the next level.

Pork (70%), Puff Pastry (WHEAT Flour [contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine], Water, Vegetable Oils and Fats [Palm, Rapeseed], Salt, Emulsifier: Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Lemon Juice), Water, Rusk (WHEAT Flour, Water, Salt), Rehydrated Kibbled Onion, Salt, Dried Sage, MUSTARD powder, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Mace, Egg (EGG glaze).

Serving & Reheating Instructions

Our sausage rolls arrive fully baked and ready to eat, but they are at their absolute best served warm:

• Oven (Recommended): Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place on a baking tray and warm for 12–15 minutes until the pastry is crisp and the center is piping hot.

• Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Consume within 2 days of delivery or freeze on day of purchase for up to 6 months. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before reheating.
